We're currently expanding our operations in Scotland, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Ember Hub Operations Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company and contribute to the launch of our new transportation hubs.

The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the launch of our new Ember Hubs. As an Ember Hub Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services, managing day-to-day activities, and collaborating with our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You'll work closely with our drivers, maintenance team, and wider support staff to ensure that our coaches run on time and in great condition, with friendly and informative personnel at every customer touchpoint. You'll also be responsible for implementing a high-quality 24/7 operation at the Hubs you launch, ensuring that we delight our customers.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong sense of what good really looks like, a natural calmness, resilience, and flexibility in the face of unexpected challenges. You'll need to be a master of organization, with solid IT skills and the ability to work late or early shifts at times.

What's on Offer

As an Ember Hub Operations Manager, you'll be eligible for a salary of up to £70,000 per annum, depending on your experience. You'll also be offered share options through an EMI scheme and the opportunity to work with a talented team that's passionate about innovation and excellence.
