Job Title: Bank Hub Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team of Hub Controllers at NHS Highland. As a Bank Hub Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional call handling services for telecare, out-of-hours primary care, Flow Navigation Centre, Dental, and palliative care line services.
  • Work collaboratively with a small team of Hub Controllers, supported by a Team Leader, Systems Specialist, and Service Manager.
  • Utilize a range of software systems to manage calls and provide efficient support.
  • Develop strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a call handling, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts at weekends.
