- Lead the Same Day Access Service, ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate care.
- Develop and implement a Home Visiting Service to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Employ a Strong MDT approach to routine care, promoting collaboration and coordination among healthcare professionals.
- Offer flexible consultation options, including telephone, video, online, and face-to-face appointments, to meet the diverse needs of our patients.
- Participate in clinical administration sessions to optimize our services and improve patient care.
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration.
- Evidence of annual appraisal and revalidation.
- General practice (Vocational Training Scheme) trained.
- On/eligible to be on a medical performers list.
- Enhanced CRB check.
- UK driving licence.
- Current CPR certificate.
- UK work permit (if required).
- Evidence of continued professional development.
