About the Job
Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organised and communicative Administration Assistant to join The Willow Group, a forward-thinking GP group providing primary care services to over 48,000 patients in the Gosport locality.
The successful candidate will provide QOF administration to ensure the smooth operation of the practice, delivering excellent customer service experience for all patients. They will also support the practice and provide cross-cover support to other sites across the Primary Care division as required.
Main Responsibilities

- Provide business administration to support the Group Practice in meeting its aims and objectives within a profitable, efficient, safe, and effective working environment.
- Ensure a friendly and professional ethos within the team/department for patients.
About the Employer

We're currently working closely with other NHS Trusts to combine all our collective community, mental health, and learning disability services, with the plan to create a new, larger, more integrated, and accessible organisation. The transformation will happen in stages, with Hampshire CAMHS joining us in February 2024, and Isle of Wight NHS Trust mental health and community services transitioning across in May 2024. The final combination of Southern Health and Solent NHS Trust services is expected in late 2024, when our new organisation, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, will be formed.

- Essential qualifications include the ability to provide QOF administration to ensure the smooth operation of the practice, supporting the practice, and providing cross-cover support to other sites across the Primary Care division as required.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in business administration, supporting a Group Practice in meeting its aims and objectives within a profitable, efficient, safe, and effective working environment.
