Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of therapy radiographers and contributing to the development of best practices
* Planning and delivering complex radiotherapy procedures to a wide range of benign and malignant conditions
* Working autonomously within the legal, ethical, and professional framework provided by the professional body
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in therapy radiography, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

**Person Specification:**
* BSc in Therapeutic radiography or equivalent formal qualification
* Health & Care Profession Council (HCPC) registration as a therapy radiographer
* Minimum of 4 years postgraduate experience with specialist training, knowledge, and experience to master's level or equivalent
* Practical experience in delivering a wide range of radiotherapy techniques, including IGRT, SABR, DIBH/Gated treatments
* Leadership experience
* Excellent communication and people management skills
**Disclosure and Barring Service Check:**
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
**Salary:**
£51,883 to £58,544 a year Per Annum Inclusive
