About the Project: We are currently working on an exciting new project, and we are seeking a highly skilled Design Director to lead the design team. As Design Director, you will be responsible for guiding the design vision and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design across all aspects of the game.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the game design vision, ensuring it meets our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Art and Audio teams to ensure consistency across all aspects of the game.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the Design Team by clearly communicating updates and gameplay demos to key stakeholders.
  • Verify the quality of design in the game, design documents, and prototype specifications.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need exceptional leadership and people management skills, as well as expert knowledge of creating game design documents and prototype specifications. You will also need excellent communication and relationship skills to lead the project leads by example.

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
