As a Data Programmer, you will be an integral part of our Technology Solutions Team, providing data services, developer expertise, and support to client implementations and day-to-day operations of systems for internal and external clients. Your contributions will help drive business growth, operations, and strategic projects, playing a vital role in shaping our company's future.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the core product and development teams to identify and deliver cross-departmental improvements for Pensions Admin UK.
  2. Assist with improving and standardizing processes, tools, and documentation for all 'Data' related deliverables.
  3. Actively share and document knowledge to reduce key person risks across Implementation and wider teams to enable self-service with Pensions Admin UK.
  4. Understand business requirements and develop/coding the necessary client configurations. Data, Reports, and Interfaces, etc.
  5. Provide regular work in progress updates to the Implementations Teams/Project Manager.

Requirements
  1. Experience in Data Implementations and Development with some exposure to SQL.
  2. Aware of the SDLC cycle and deployment process.
  3. Familiarity with pensions administration software.
  4. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, ITIL methodologies used in a software development and support environment.
