3. Strong agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
