Key Responsibilities- Ensure all new store openings are hired ready for opening dates and meet brand standards
- Visit stores regularly to monitor performance and provide coaching and mentoring to managers and teams
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
- Recruit high-quality managers and colleagues into the business
- Assist in the training and development of staff
- Ensure stores meet brand standards and pass mystery shopper and audits
- Store management or multi-store management experience
- Catering, restaurant, or hospitality experience is desirable
- Ability to influence and implement change
- Driver's license
