Job Description:

As a skilled Community Manager at Faria Education Group, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence and fostering an engaged community of educators, school leaders, and stakeholders within the international school ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company goals, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Community Engagement: Lead our engagement in the existing online and offline community of international schools by fostering meaningful interactions and engagement across platforms such as social media groups and events.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging written and multimedia content for diverse audiences, leveraging our brand voice and messaging.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in virtual and in-person events, conferences, and webinars to engage with the community and raise awareness of our platform's benefits.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, community management, or a related field, preferably within EdTech, SaaS, or international education.
  • Brand & Community Expertise: Proven ability to build and manage brand strategies and foster engaged communities, both online and offline.
  • Content Creation: Strong storytelling and content development skills, with experience creating engaging written and multimedia content for diverse audiences.
  • International School Knowledge: Familiarity with the international school market, including the unique challenges and needs of educators, administrators, and school leaders.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Experience managing social media platforms, community forums, and online engagement tools, and using analytics tools to track performance.
  • Event Management: Experience organizing and coordinating webinars, conferences, or other events to drive community engagement.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience of international educators and school administrators.
