Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified solicitor with experience in Private Client law, specifically in Wills and Probate, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to handle a wide range of Private Client matters independently and be proficient in using standard legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities- Take responsibility for the day-to-day conduct of Private Client files and handle all aspects of work connected with Private Client matters.
- Be the main point of contact for private client-related inquiries received from various offices, primarily focusing on the Gloucester office.
- Handle a wide range of Private Client issues, including but not limited to Wills, Probate, LPA's, Trusts, Estates, Tax, and Court of Protection.
- Liaise with the Legal Director on financial budgeting and training requirements/opportunities.
- Qualified solicitor with experience in Private Client law, specifically in Wills and Probate.
- Proven ability to handle a wide range of Private Client matters independently.
- Experience in handling complex Private Client cases.
