Private Client Solicitor

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a vital role in providing expert legal advice and assistance to clients, safeguarding client interests and ensuring their affairs are managed effectively.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing a caseload of private client matters
* Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients
* Assisting clients with drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, and other related documents
* Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in probate cases to ensure effective communication and understanding of legal processes
* Collaborating with other members of the private client team and providing support and guidance to junior colleagues
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of PQE in private client law
* Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely
* Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
What We Offer:
* 23 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays) + Christmas Close Down
* 100% office based (3 days in the office)
* Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
* £35-50,000
