We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team in Jersey. As a key member of our Company Secretarial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation and coordination of board and committee meetings for our Group entities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in organizing board and committee meetings, including preparing meeting materials and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the Company Secretarial team with compliance-related activities, such as reviewing files and liaising with internal and external counsel, auditors, and directors.
- Organize the production and distribution of board packs to directors and relevant contributors, and maintain statutory records.
- Prepare all tax and statutory returns to authorities and regulators.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of three years' experience in company secretarial background and a good appreciation of company law concepts. You will also be self-motivated, with a strong desire to deliver a quality service and work under pressure.
You will have already attained or be studying towards the ICSA qualification Diploma in Corporate Governance. Previous experience working in the funds sector is desirable.
