Mortgage Administrator Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate mortgage applications, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
- Liaise with brokers, clients, and lenders to gather necessary documents and provide updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Assist with the sale of building and contents insurance, with comprehensive training provided
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries and resolving issues
- Support the team with administrative duties and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Competitive Mortgage Administrator Package
- Base salary of £26k with an OTE of £30k
- Quarterly performance bonus

Requirements for the Mortgage Administrator Position
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Mortgage Administrator
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mortgage processes and documentation requirements
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
