About the Mortgage Administrator Role

As a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations, providing essential support to the team and clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that mortgage applications are processed smoothly from start to finish, while delivering excellent customer service.


Mortgage Administrator Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full mortgage application process, from submission through to completion
  • Liaising with brokers, clients, and lenders to gather required documents and provide updates
  • Maintaining and updating client records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assisting with the sale of building and contents insurance (no prior experience required – training provided)
  • Handling client queries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Supporting the team with administrative duties and ensuring compliance with industry regulations


The Mortgage Administrator Package

  • £26k base salary with an OTE of £30k
  • Quarterly performance bonus
  • Referral bonus

Mortgage Administrator Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Mortgage Administrator
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of mortgage processes and documentation requirements
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
