Job Summary:

Clinique is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail beauty team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued, respected, and connected to our brand.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their skin and makeup goals to recommend custom-fit routines.
  • Drive sales growth by effectively promoting our market-leading products and services.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, creating a visually appealing shopping environment that inspires and delights our customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • About you:
  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience.
  • A desire to understand client skin and makeup goals to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines.
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • An approachable and friendly personality.
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
