Imaging Administrator Opportunity at Spire Healthcare

Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Imaging Administrator to join our team at our Harrogate Clinic. As an Imaging Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient administration services within our Diagnostic Imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact patients to arrange Diagnostic Imaging appointments and liaise with other departments as necessary.
  • Provide estimates for Diagnostic Imaging procedures and explain pricing to self-funding patients.
  • Input patient data into hospital and diagnostic imaging systems, collect and report routine data, and comply with data protection requirements.
  • Transfer and deliver Diagnostic Imaging reports to the appropriate destinations.
Requirements:
  • GCSE standard education, including English (Grade C or above).
  • Experience in planning work and acting under instruction.
  • Customer-facing and administration experience is essential.
  • Strong keyboard skills and computer literacy.
  • English language proficiency to IELTS 7.0.
  • Empathy with sick and vulnerable patients.
