About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to join our team at Trinity Estates. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential developments, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and working closely with our contractors and service providers to maintain high standards of property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain our residential developments, ensuring compliance with building safety regulations and best practices.
  2. Develop and implement effective property management strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and experience.
  3. Collaborate with contractors and service providers to deliver high-quality services and resolve any issues promptly.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Work closely with our team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and success of Trinity Estates.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in residential leasehold management, with a strong understanding of building safety regulations and best practices.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
