Role Overview

As the Compliance and HSQE Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) compliance across the Lining Division. You will be responsible for monitoring, auditing, and improving HSQE systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and audit workplace practices to ensure alignment with HSQE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Lead the development and implementation of safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness across all levels of the organization through training and ongoing communication.
  • Manage the quality assurance process, ensuring all work meets required quality standards.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational quality and safety performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate quality and safety best practices into daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, emissions control, and resource conservation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HSQE management, preferably within the construction, water, or utilities sectors.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to safety, quality, and environmental management.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification is desirable.
  • Project management certification is advantageous.
