As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing our Lochee retail shop, supervising one other colleague and a team of volunteers to maximise profit and achieve a great shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to maximise profit by ensuring a great retail experience, strong brand messaging, efficient stock rotation and good use of financial and competitor data
  • Coach, recruit and train a team, including volunteers, to be the best they can be encouraging new ideas and ways of doing things
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement constantly reviewing KPIs and performance data to gain insight into what works and what doesn't

About You

We are looking for a passionate retailer with great leadership and mentoring skills, who has a proven track record of delivering objectives and profit targets. You will also be self-motivated, organised, enjoy working with people, and thrive on the opportunity to run your own shop.
