About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior AR Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Finance in London. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist the finance team in preparing energy reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of waste deliveries, including daily and monthly reports
  • Provide regular updates on waste deliveries to the operations team, ensuring seamless communication
  • Review and analyze AR aged debt reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize debtor collections
  • Maintain a list of open credits, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Support the setup of new waste suppliers, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing expert knowledge and support
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or waste management sector
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or DMS, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, with a high degree of autonomy and independence
  • Experience working with VAT would be advantageous, but not essential
