We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Wenham Carter Group. As a key member of our executive search consultancy, you will play a vital role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients.

Salary & BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus commission and an LTIP bonus. Our benefits package includes flexible hours, hybrid working environment, training and support tailored to your needs, regular team lunches, Christmas and Summer parties, compelling incentives, and a generous holiday allowance of 27 days, plus national holidays, your birthday off, and extra days earned over time.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and self-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some recruitment experience, be open to trying new methods and ways of working, and possess a LinkedIn account – we can teach you how to use it effectively to build a network.
You will enjoy continuous learning and be fascinated by new technologies and trends. Networking is something you can enjoy, and you could be consultative and strategic as a specialist consultant in an industry, not just cold calling for jobs.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Self-motivation and a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
