About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to our clients in the Kent area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple sites, ensuring cleaning standards are met and maintained to a high level.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Recruit, coach, and manage local service teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and projects to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Desirable: experience working with education clients.
