About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our growing success in the clearance stock market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.


 Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in the UK and Europe, focusing on clearance stock sales with an emphasis on selling toys, stationery, and craft products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and business objectives, driving revenue growth through effective communication and solution-focused strategies.
  • Adapt quickly to different product categories and client demands, providing tailored solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Sell at trade shows, on the road, in the showroom, and via email and phone to drive sales and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience in account management or sales, preferably in the clearance stock market, is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients across diverse cultures.
  • A proactive attitude and a hunger to learn and succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with the UK's leading purchasers and re-sellers of excess, obsolete, liquidated, and clearance stocks is beneficial.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 plus bonus, depending on experience. NJR Recruitment offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
