Homeware Stock Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Assistant Merchandiser - Homeware to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of the merchandising team, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial opportunities and achieving stock targets.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background in stock management and control, as well as advanced Excel skills. Experience in merchandise planning within a fast-moving supply chain environment is essential.
You will be responsible for managing stock effectively, considering multiple supplier lead times to ensure KPI targets are met and 100% availability is achieved. A collaborative approach with internal stakeholders ensures cohesion between sales, merchandising, production, and warehouse teams.
Requirements:- Strong analytical skills, particularly in stock management and control.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
- Experience in merchandise planning within a fast-moving supply chain environment.
