Internal Account Manager
OverviewNJR Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of customers in the clearance stock market across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers in the UK and Europe, focusing on clearance stock sales with an emphasis on selling toys, stationery, and craft products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and business objectives, driving revenue growth through effective communication and solution-focused strategies.
- Adapt quickly to different product categories and client demands, providing tailored solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Sell at trade shows, on the road, in the showroom, and via email and phone to drive sales and expand our customer base.
- Bring customers into our Manchester-based showroom to showcase our extensive product range.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback, using this information to inform business decisions and improve overall performance.
- Experience in account management or sales, preferably in the clearance stock market, is desirable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients across diverse cultures.
- A proactive attitude and a hunger to learn and succeed in a competitive environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with the UK's leading purchasers and re-sellers of excess, obsolete, liquidated, and clearance stocks is beneficial.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
