Meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting are essential for success as a Pharmaceutical IT Support Technician with MRP-Global.

This 12 month+ contract offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Resolving complex technical issues with lab equipment and systems
  • Managing software updates and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure efficient resolution of issues
  • Supporting the deployment and maintenance of new technologies
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Windows 10, Linux, and iOS platforms
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Remedy Service Request
  • Prior experience in a lab or pharmaceutical setting is highly desirable

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
