Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team at Whistl. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring their retention and growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on customer experience, ensuring agreed service standards are met and coordinating corrective action as required.
- Coordinate delivery targets within budget to meet business requirements, reviewing performance against defined contract KPIs and making suggestions for improvement.
- Liaise with implementation, sales, and operations colleagues to provide coordinated and consistent support for customer queries and related processes.
- Contribute to contractual negotiations and produce related documents as required.
- Provide administrative support for contracts outside the defined portfolio base, as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date sales and technical knowledge of the Whistl product portfolio.
Requirements:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style, amount, and format based on audience.
- Ability to influence at colleague level.
- Able to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.
- Able to understand and empathize with customer needs while balancing their needs with those of the company.
Desirable Skills:
- A-Level standard or equivalent.
