Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity Project Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of risk management and quality activities related to our cybersecurity programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the establishment of new cybersecurity and risk management projects, including liaison with the Project Management Office (PMO) and administration of project Integration, Scope, Timelines, Costs, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholders.
  • Track and report project statuses, escalate issues, and drive project delivery.
  • Contribute to the implementation of cybersecurity programs, including the Global Cybersecurity Compliance Review (GCCR) program.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of cybersecurity and risk management technologies to the network.
  • Prepare communications, reports, and alerts related to team activities, projects, and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management in medium-large organizations.
  • Experience supporting full project lifecycle across initialisation, planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ability to be agile, respond positively to change, and contribute with an innovative and global mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Work experience within professional services industry (e.g., accountancy, consulting, legal).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity/IT operations and compliance frameworks.
