Job Role: Retail Door Supervisor

At Sports Direct, we're looking for a Retail Door Supervisor to play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment. As a member of our store team, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers while ensuring the store's security protocols are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the store's security and safety protocols are in place and enforced.
  • Providing a high level of customer service, responding to queries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Working closely with the store management team to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Assisting with the implementation of safety and security procedures, including regular checks and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
