**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Care Services Manager to join our team at Featherbank Selection. As a key member of our Nursing and Quality team, you will be responsible for overseeing care planning, practice standards, conducting audits, investigating care, and clinical compliance, as well as writing care and clinical policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee care planning and practice standards across our care homes
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Investigate care and clinical issues, and implement corrective actions
* Develop and maintain care and clinical policies and procedures
**Requirements**
* Registered nurse with experience in care management and leadership
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to travel across the country to visit our care homes
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary range of £60,000 - £70,000
* Opportunity to work with a luxury care group in the South West
