Food and Beverage Service Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at the Copthorne Hotel Manchester. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the Bar and Restaurant areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Be knowledgeable about our menu and products, making recommendations to guests as needed.
- Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure the Bar and Restaurant areas are clean and tidy at all times, maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a quality hotel or restaurant.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve excellent service standards.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
