We are currently recruiting experienced Band 5 registered nurses to support NHS Trusts in Cheshire. Our recruitment consultants are dedicated to working with you and your availability, offering flexible work opportunities across weekdays, weekends, days, and nights.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients
- Assist patients with their activities of daily living
- Regularly assess and monitor patients' vital signs
- Perform different types of observations and use various monitoring systems
- Administer medication and care for patients receiving invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Prioritize care and recognize patient deterioration, escalating care as needed
- Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, patients, and relatives
- Work as part of a team, making appropriate referrals and keeping accurate patient records
- Band 5 or above
- Registered nurse with a current NMC pin
- Relevant nursing qualifications
- Hardworking and dedicated RGN/RMN
- 6 months recent experience as an RGN
- 2 clinical references covering 3 years of work experience
- Valid DBS certificate
- Flexibility in work arrangements
