Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our team at Toolstation in High Wycombe Loudwater. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets company standards.
• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
