Job Title: Greggs Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Greggs bakery team in Buckingham. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store appearance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and utilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase profitability
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail or bakery environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
