Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Palliative Care Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating programs of evidence-based nursing care under guidance from B7 CNS teams and Consultants.
Key duties include working autonomously, providing specialist advice, guidance, and support to patients, carers/relatives, clinical practitioners, and peers. The post holder will also be responsible for assisting teams in planning and delivering education across various settings and to a wide range of health and social care professionals.
This is a fixed-term contract within the integrated community care group, with an estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum based on experience.
