About the Role

We are recruiting for a Community Healthcare Professional - Palliative Care to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our community healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert palliative care services to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of autonomy, discretion, and professional judgment. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to provide holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
