Job Description

As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting type 3 FRAs across domestic properties in Watford. You will ensure that all fire safety compliance meets legislative requirements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Your close collaboration with the fire surveyor will result in recommendations for fire-related incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in completing type 3 FRAs on domestic properties
  • A valid NEBOSH Fire certification
  • Membership in the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) is desirable
