Senior Fire Safety Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Fire Safety Specialist to join our team at Ark Workplace Risk, a market leader in operational risk, compliance, and safety solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to deliver gold-standard fire safety solutions to our clients.

This role involves undertaking various fire safety consulting activities, including developing building safety case reports, fire strategies, and fire management plans. You will be working closely with other competent persons to ensure that our clients meet their duties under the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Act 2021.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of fire safety within the built environment, including high-rise residential buildings, and will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current UK regulations. They will also have excellent communication skills, report writing ability, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing building safety case reports and fire strategies
  • Undertaking fire risk assessments and reviews of fire management plans
  • Providing expert advice on fire safety to clients
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions for clients
