About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel. As a key member of our Legal Team, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding legal services to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, review, and distribute contracts and associated modifications
  • Negotiate various contractual provisions
  • Research and analyze contract provisions and draft conclusions, as needed
  • Identify patterns, trends, and suggest process improvements
  • Draft and send customer communications and notices
Requirements
  • A law degree and relevant legal qualifications and license to practice Law in the UK
  • 2+ years' PQE, general legal experience with an interest in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
  • A proven track record of effectively planning and organizing projects within tight deadlines
  • The ability and desire to establish and maintain effective business relationships
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • The ability to work independently and as a team member to support departmental goals
  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results, and instills trust
