Job Title: MBSE Configuration Management Engineer

Salary: GBP47,683 - GBP52,426

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute model configuration management activities to ensure effective leadership and collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
  • Contribute to the development of model-based systems engineering and configuration management processes and practices.
  • Support the integration team in change management activities and ensure seamless collaboration across functional work streams.
  • Develop and maintain configuration management plans, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in configuration management and model-based systems engineering.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or significant experience in a related engineering discipline.
  • Experience using MathWorks toolsets, including MATLAB and Simulink.
  • Experience in configuration management and virtual testing environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support interfaces across functional work streams and with customers and stakeholders.
