Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Marylebone, London. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and brand.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and that stockroom organization is maintained.
  • Loss Prevention: Work closely with the store team to prevent loss and ensure that all audit guidelines are followed.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain the visual appeal of the store, ensuring that it is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years in retail sales experience, with a strong background in fashion and sales.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Bilingual (preferred).
