Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales consultants to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize store profits and drive business growth
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and team development
- Be an expert product and fit advisor, training the team and providing customer advice
- Represent the company within the local retail community and promote the brand ethos
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience, ideally within the lingerie business

- Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
