Job Summary:

The Hear Care Assistant/Microsuction Specialist plays a vital role in our clinics, providing high-quality ear wax removal services and supporting day-to-day operations. This position requires flexibility to travel between multiple clinic locations within London, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Microsuction Ear Wax Removal: Perform microsuction procedures for patients with precision and care.
  • Patient Assessments: Conduct initial assessments and screening tests to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Clinic Administration: Maintain accurate records, support administrative tasks, and maintain a well-organised clinic environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent patient care, prioritising comfort and satisfaction.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth clinic operations and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Audiology or Related Qualifications: Essential qualifications in audiology or a related healthcare field.
  • Clinical Experience: Proven experience as a practitioner in a clinical or medical setting.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills to manage responsibilities effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.
  • Medical Procedures: Experience performing medical procedures, such as phlebotomy, ear irrigation, wound care, or minor surgical assistance.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus additional commission opportunities, comprehensive training, flexible working hours, employee discounts, pension scheme contributions, professional development opportunities, and exclusive benefits. A valid driving licence is desirable but not essential.
