- Ensure that clinics are well-organised and stocked with necessary supplies to meet patient needs.
- Provide excellent customer service, prioritising patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Support the overall operation of hearing care services to maintain high standards of care.
- Qualifications in Audiology or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience as a practitioner in a clinical or medical setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage responsibilities effectively.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple clinic locations within London.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.
