Educational Support Specialist

Bright Heart Education, an award-winning London-based tuition agency, seeks an experienced SEN tutor to provide support in Kent areas such as Dartford, Edenbridge, and Tonbridge.
We offer a nurturing approach, helping students with special educational needs (SEN) and those lacking confidence or motivation. Our 'Bright Heart Approach' focuses on building trust, self-esteem, and academic abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality tutoring services for students with SEN.
- Work closely with Bright Heart's education professionals to deliver tailored learning plans.
- Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- At least 12 months of relevant tutoring and/or teaching experience in the UK.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong subject knowledge in their tuition subjects.
- University qualification or studying towards one and A-levels.
- Passion for teaching and their tuition subjects.
- SEN tuition/teaching experience and a passion for working with students with SEN.
- A £5 per journey travel contribution.
- A respectful working environment.
- Ongoing training and support from experienced education professionals.
- Access to comprehensive CPD and upskilling opportunities through TES Develop.
- Tutor of the Month award (£150).
- A 10% incentive for tutors who work 80 hours or more within a 6-month period.
