Job Title: Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and financial success by developing and maintaining robust manufacturing processes and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cost-efficient manufacturing processes and product structures consistent with lean manufacturing practices.
  • Lead cost-out events and promote a culture of continuous improvement, applying lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate waste and deliver products to customer expectations.
  • Implement methods and practices to reduce variation, demonstrating the ability to understand source(s) of variation and identify impact of tolerance stacks in assemblies.
Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of engineering design and product reliability concepts, including fluid dynamics, thermal dynamics, and electronic circuits.
  • Detailed knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, such as value stream mapping and one-piece flow.
  • Detailed knowledge of Six Sigma concepts and tools, including regression analysis, design of experiments, and hypothesis testing.
  • Thorough understanding of problem-solving methodologies, including thought maps, 8D, root cause analysis, and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
  • Understanding of ProLaunch and proficiency in various software applications, including Computer Aided Design, Computer Aided Manufacturing, and MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of industry and customer-specific quality processes, including ISO 9001 and AS 9100.
  • Knowledge of product and end-user application/specifications, including product testing requirements.
  • Detailed knowledge of manufacturing principles and technical specifications to support facilities competencies, including metal cutting, tool design, injection molding, welding, and soldering.
