Minimum Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years of experience in a PMO role with a focus on agile delivery methodologies.
- Must have experience with Azure DevSecOps (ADO) in a PMO context.
- Must be confident in interacting with program managers and senior delivery leads.
- Desirable: ability to develop PowerBi dashboards for ADO reporting.
High Level Tasks:
- Monitor and report on resource allocation across technology projects, leveraging Azure DevSecOps pipelines.
- Monitor and report on project performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare reports on technology program status using Azure DevSecOps metrics and analytics.
- Develop and implement PMO practices with a focus on DevSecOps integration.
- Maintain project documentation within Azure DevSecOps.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and workshops related to the PMO role.
- Assist in tracking project milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain and update project management tools within Azure DevSecOps.
- Prepare project status reports using data from Azure DevSecOps and PowerBi dashboards.
- Assist in budget administration and financial reporting for technology projects.
- Manage communication between the PMO and program delivery teams.
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes and templates.
- Support onboarding of new program team members.
- Handle administrative tasks such as organizing meetings and managing correspondence.
- Assist with risk and issue tracking using Azure DevSecOps tools.
- Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling.
- Assist in preparing presentations for project updates and governance meetings.
- Maintain project-related databases and records.
- Assist with ADO mentoring and support queries.
- Liaise with central PMO as needed.
