Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team in Barnet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and cooking of meals
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
  • Contribute to menu planning and development
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef or senior kitchen manager
  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Food Hygiene certificate
