Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Standards Assessor to join our Apprenticeship team at Blackburn College. As a Business Standards Assessor, you will be responsible for ensuring that apprentices meet the required standards for their Business qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with learners and their employers to track progress within both college and the workplace.
- Deliver high-quality training and support to apprentices, monitoring their progress throughout their apprenticeship journey.
- Manage a case load of learners, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of the Apprenticeship Standard.
Requirements
- Relevant academic or industry-related qualification.
- TAQA qualification and internal verifier qualification.
- Recognised teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one within two years.
- Experience in a similar role, delivering training in an education setting and managing employer relationships.
